According to details, the case has been registered on the complaint of policeman Muhammad Riaz who stated that Nayyar Bukhari and his fellows physically thrashed him when he tried to check them on entrance gate.
The police source said Inspector General (IG) Police Tariq Masood Yasin has ordered arrest of former chairman Senate Nayyar Hussain Bukhari and his fellows for slapping a policeman.
Case was registered against Bukhari for interfering with official work, they added.
It is to mention that Islamabad police and lawyer community have agreed on security SoP following which checking is made of each visiter at walk through gate. Islamabad district courts area is declared sensitive after bomb explosion there few years back.
