The three-member bench of the apex court headed by Chief Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali and comprising Justice Iqbal Hameedur Rehman and Justice Manzoor Malik heard the case filed by K-electric over non-payment of electricity dues by KWSB to K-electric.
K-electric had filed the case against KWSB over non-payment of Rs 28 billion electricity dues.
The court had sought Karachi Water and Sewage Board's bank accounts details.
During the course of proceedings, the court was informed that the KWSB did not submit details of its bank accounts.
The court expressed displeasure over non submission of details and summoned MD KWSB.
