149000 metric tons wheat procurement from Faisalabad

FAISALABAD: Food department has set a target to procure 149000 metric tons wheat from district Faisalabad during the ongoing wheat procurement campaign.

A spokesman of Food department said here on Friday that 11 wheat procurement centers have been established across the district.

These include Faisalabad-VI, Darul Ehsan, SS-Road, Jaranwala, Bachiana, Rodala Road, Jhok Ditta, Tandlianwala, Kanjwani, Mamonkanjan and Sammundri.

He said that 12000 metric tons wheat will be procured through wheat procurement center of Faisalabad-VI, 6000 metric tons through Darul Ehsan, 12000 metric tons through SS-Road, 23000 metric tons through Jaranwala, 7000 metric tons through Bachiana, 6000 metric tons through Rodala Road, 7000 metric tons through Jhok Ditta, 16000 metric tons through Tandlianwala, 11000 metric tons through Kanjwani, 34000 metric tons through Mamonkanjan and 15000 metric tons through Sammundri center.
