The carrier has cancelled 24 domestic flights from Tokyo's Haneda airport, while other domestic and international flights have been delayed, NHK said.
Last week, Japan's biggest carrier ANA Holdings Inc cancelled more than 100 domestic flights after a computer glitch disrupted check-in and reservation systems.
