KARACHI: Director General (DG) Rangers, Sindh, Major General Bilal Akbar called on the Sindh Chief Minister, Syed Qaim Ali Shah at the CM Sindh House, here on Monday.

In their meeting, they discussed over all law and order situation, Karachi operation and action against terrorists, said a statement.
