Zardari's asset reference case postponed till Dec 15

RAWALPINDI: Judge National Accountability Court (NAC), Rawalpindi, on Wednesday postponed hearing of the asset reference case filed against former President Asif Ali Zardari, till December 15.

According to details, Defendant's lawyer Farooq H.Naik was present in the court for hearing of the case, while a witness Ahmed Jawad Mirza did not appear before the Court.

Khalid Mehmood Ranjha, Judge National Accountability Court, issued warrants of a witness Ahmed Jawad Mirza to ensure presence on the next date of hearing.

The court postponed the proceedings of the reference filed against Co- Chairman of Pakistan People's Party (PPP), Asif Ali Zardari, till next date.
