Teachers to play constructive role in updating students: Fatima Hasan

ISLAMABAD: Teachers should play a very constructive role in the personality building of the students and should facilitate them with updated knowledge to meet every challenge in future life.

These words were expressed by renowned urdu poetess Dr Fatima Hasan of Karachi in an interview on the occasion of 'World Teachers Day' 2015 on PTV NEWS Monday.

She said teachers should help in student's character building so that they should have capacity to deal with all matters of life.

She said childhood knowledge in student's life carries great importance as it has lasting impact on their memories.

Replying to a question, she said teacher's community should be facilitated with every facility regarding disseminating knowledge so that they should concentrate on student well being to be successful in life .

She recommended for specific alumni of teachers to celebrate teacher's day nationwide and worldwide because teachers play as a role model for the students.

She said teachers should be provided with facility of availing off days and ample time to enjoy rest because their mind keep on working 24 hour.

She advised soft and good behavior by the teachers to follow by the students as it impact upon their life so much.

She said the concerned teacher's association should conduct teacher's development programs' to have updated training for the teachers.

Last but not the least, she added that online registration for teacher's methodology is available for their updated knowledge to impart amongst the students.
