CM condemns attack on Air Force Camp in Budhber

LAHORE: Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has strongly condemned the terrorist attack on the camp of Pakistan Air Force in Budhber area of Peshawar and expressed deep sense of sorrow and grief over the martyrdom of a Captain of Pak Army, three technicians and Nimazis.

The Chief Minister while expressing sympathies with the bereaved families also prayed for the departed souls as well as recovery of the injured persons.

He said that the cowardly attack of terrorists on the Air Force camp should be strongly condemned. He said that those targeting innocent people inside a mosque cannot be called human beings.

However, he said, such nefarious acts cannot weaken the resolve of the nation in the war against terrorism.

He said hat attack on 'Nimazis'( worshipers) inside the mosque was a cowardly act and display of the worst kind of ruthlessness and barbarity.

Shehbaz Sharif said the Punjab government equally shares the grief of the bereaved families.

He further said that by foiling the attack of the terrorists, the security forces have again proved their courage and bravery and 18 people of the country are proud of their valiant armed forces.

The Chief Minister said that the whole nation is fully united against terrorism and terrorists and their facilitators will be rooted out with the force of unity and determination.

He said that sacrifices of the martyrs will not go waste and Pakistan would again become a haven of peace and harmony.

He expressed the confidence that the menace of terrorism will be eliminated through the force of unity and solidarity and Pakistani nation will achieve a glorious victory in this war at any cost.
