Acting Governor inquires health of PAF camp attack victims, condemns attack

PESHAWAR: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Acting Governor Asad Qaisar visited the Lady Reading Hospital, Peshawar and inquired after the health of the wounded civilians of the terrorists attack on the Pakistan Air Force camp in Badhaber area on the outskirts of Peshawar early on Friday morning.

The acting governor along with senior health officers and hospital administration met the injured one by one and inquired about their health.

He directed the hospital administration to use all the available resources to save the lives of the injured.

He also expressed sympathies with the bereaved families. The acting governor prayed for the eternal peace of the departed souls and early recovery of the wounded.

Later, taking to media the acting governor strongly condemned the attack and stated that the country in general and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in particular was facing very critical situation due to the negative practices of the anti-state elements.

He highly appreciated the timely action of the security forces and expressed the hope that soon peace would come and the anti-state and anti-people elements would be defeated.
