Developed societies pay special attention to handicapped people: Governor

KARACHI: Sindh Governor Dr. Ishrat-ul-Ebad Khan Monday said that the developed societies respect the humanity alot, especially, they give special attention to the handicapped, poor, helpless and needy people.

He said this while talking to special children of Aaghosh School Steel Town, called on him at Governor House here, said a statement.

Over 50 special children of Aaghosh School along with the teachers met with the Sindh Governor.

Dr. Ebad said that many organizations and department are also working in Pakistan for rehabilitation and skill development of special children.

He said that the Aaghosh School Steel Town is also playing an exemplary role for rehabilitation of special children.

Principal of the School, Shahnaz introduced the winners of international contests to the Sindh Governor.

She also expressed gratitude to the Sindh Governor for extending grant and other facilities for the school and special children.
