Non-payment to labourer exposing Imran's real character: Pervaiz

ISLAMABAD: Minister for Information, Broadcasting and National Heritage Senator Pervaiz Rashid Monday said depriving a labourer of its payment was exposing the real character of PTI Chief Imran Khan.

The minister, in a statement, said the government would support the protest of DJ Butt if the PTI does not pay him for the services he had been providing to it.

He said PTI Chairman Imran Khan himself claimed collecting billions of rupees in donations and asked him to give details of its spending.

He questioned that where the 'investment' went, if the payment was not made to the DJ Butt, who had been playing background music and party songs during the sit-in and public meetings of Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI).

Now, Pervaiz Rashid, said the real character of Imran had started to come before the general public, adding that levelling baseless allegations, telling a lie brazenly and not to be ashamed of it were one of his characteristics.
