25 May, 2015

SWABI: Former Chief Minister and president Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pir Sabir Shah has said that his party would form governments at district and tehsil levels after achieving thumping majority in upcoming local bodies election in the province on the basis of its performance.

He was addressing a grand meeting at Adina here wherein district president PMLN, Haji Iftikhar Khan, GS Haji Dildar Khan also spoke. Pir Sabir Shah said people of Swabi were brave and committed and no one could dare to distract them from their principle stance. The provincial government, he said was trying to buy votes from Swabi people but it would fail to do so as people here were politically matured and never allow someone to play with their future. The concept of people of Swabi, he said was very clear as they would vote a party which has served them in past.

Shah maintained it was prerequisite for the country's wellbeing and prosperity that people exercise their right of franchise in favor of PMLN so that their genuine issues could be resolved at the earliest and without obscurity.

Pakistan Muslim League, he said was the lone party sincere to its people and country and only PML could put the country on path of progress.

He was of the view that Swabi would prove a stronghold of Muslim League in the upcoming local bodies' elections.
