The 19-year-old -- who first competed at this level in 2012 beginning with a bang with two podium finishes -- led home an Italian 1-2-3 with Honda's Enea Bastianini second and Mahindra rider Francesco Bagnaia third.
Britain's Danny Kent finished fourth on a Honda and leads the world championship standings.
