Seeking a report over the incident, he directed that action would be taken against those responsible for malfunctioning and delayed arrival of water bowsers on the venue.
He asked the concerned authorities to upgrade the fire- fighting equipment and mechanism so that such like unfortunate incidents could be avoided in future.
