KARACHI: As many as 47 accused of street crimes, motorcycle lifting, dacoities and other crimes were arrested by the South Zone Police in its action against criminals during the last 48 hours.

Police also recovered hand grenades, snatched or stolen vehicles and looted cash from the accused, said a statement on Thursday.

The South police launched crackdown against criminals on the directives of DIG South, Dr. Jameel Ahmed.
