Talking to members of Parliament from Bhakkar including Senator Zaffarullah Khan Dhandla, MNA Dr Afzal Dhandla, MPAs Ghazanfar Abbas Cheena, Amir Anayat Shahani and Inamullah Khan Niazi here on Monday, he said that true independence was not possible without economic self-reliance.
He said that the strategy adopted by the federal government under the dynamic leadership of Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif for the promotion of investment, economic, trade and industrial activities was yielding positive results.
He said that the government was giving top priority for resolving energy crisis and all necessary measures were being taken in this regard.
