It was proposed that the Urs may be held from May 28-30. The Minister issued instructions that immaculate arrangements for facilitation of the Zaireen, distribution of langar, security and parking should be ensured during the course of the annual congregation.
The Minister on this occasion was also briefed about the progress of construction on Bari Imam Complex. The Minister was informed that completion of construction work necessary for holding events of the Urs would be carried out as early as possible. He was told that Phase-I of the construction plan of Bari Imam Complex would in any case be completed by May 15, 2015.
During the meeting, it was also decided that Chairman CDA, Chief Commissioner Islamabad and Secretary Interior would oversee arrangements for the Urs.
