ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif on Wednesday expressed grief and sorrow over the death of ANP leader and former federal minister Senator Azam Khan Hoti who passed away this morning.

In a message Prime Minister Sharif said he regarded late Azam Khan as a personal friend and has fond memories of his long association with him.

He appreciated his contributions towards strengthening democracy and the development of his area.
