SBP's weekly statement here Thursday said the foreign reserves held by State Bank were $11.61605 billion and the net foreign reserves with other banks amounted $ 5.08908 billion.
During the week, SBP's liquid foreign exchange reserves increased by $494 million to $11.617 billion compared to $ 11.123 billion in the previous week.
The increase in reserves is mainly attributed to receipts of $538 million from multilateral, bilateral and other sources, which include $498 million received from International Monetary Fund (IMF).
Over the week ending April 3, SBP made payments of $70 million on account of external debt servicing and other official payments.
