ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Thursday directed the registrar office to fix the petition of Ex Wing Commander who faced court-martial after Kamra base attacks, to concerned bench.

Justice Shaukat Aziz Saddiqui took up the petition filed by the former Wing Commander Muhammad Amir, challenging his court- martial after PAF Kamra attacks.

Counsel for the petitioner Inam ur Raheem apprised the court that the case was being heard by Justice Aamir Farooq previously but last day he came to know that the bench has been changed whereas he did not file an application to change the bench.

After hearing the arguments, the court ordered the registrar office to fix case hearing to concerned bench and adjourned the case for date in office.
