CAIRO: Limited said on Wednesday it was offering 11 percent of its shares on the Cairo bourse at 108.71 Egyptian pounds ($14.26) per share.
It said in a statement published in Egypt's Al-Ahram newspaper that the stock would be offered in two tranches with a total value of 1.41 billion Egyptian pounds ($185 million).
The first tranche will close on Thursday, it said.
