ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has arranged a condolence reference to pay tributes to former Judge of Supreme Court and former Chairman of Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC), Rana Bhagwandas, who passed away in Karachi the other day.

At the reference, Chief Justice IHC and Judges considered death of late Judge as a great loss to judicial fraternity.

They expressed sorrow and offered condolence to the bereaved family.
