According to the details, the previous government in 2007 Awami National Party (ANP) provincial government inducted 2300 SS and SST on temporary basis and later on regularized them.
Hundreds of regular teachers those were in cue of promotion for SS and SST were affected in the province, the induction and regularization was later challenged by the teachers association in PHC Abbottabad bench.
PHC Abbottabad bench comprising Justice Saith Waqar and Justice Hasrat Hilali while giving the detailed verdict ordered provincial government to continue the services of the 2300 SS and SST teachers where they were inducted and also ordered to compensate the effected teachers through departmental promotions.
Teachers Association KPK have appreciated the court verdict and demanded the immediate promotion of teachers those are waiting for eight years.
