The two-member bench headed by Justice Saqib Nisar rejected the contempt of court petition filed by by Lt. Col. Retd. Tariq Kamaal.
During a hearing, petitioner argued that Punjab government assured the court to build dams whereas no implementation has been observed on this decision until now.
The court, on this remarked that its a matter of provincial government and the court rejected the petition.
