Military courts to help eliminate terrorism: Shahbaz

LAHORE: Chief Minister Punjab Muhammed Shahbaz Sharif on Monday said, setting up of military courts would help purge the country from terrorism.

Talking to assembly members here, he said, Pakistan was confronting with worst type of terrorism and the army public school incident was gruesome which shocked the whole world.

He said, all energies were being utilized for eliminating the hardened criminals and by the grace of Allah, the government would succeed in defeating extremists and terrorists, adding unity displayed by all quarters was unprecedented in the history of Pakistan.

He said, over 50,000 Pakistanis had lost their lives in the war against terrorism. He said, national leadership and government institutions were on same page to obtain the goal of a trouble free Pakistan.
