KIEV: Ukraine's current account deficit for the first 11 months of the year stood at $4.49 billion compared with $14.66 billion in the same period last year, the central bank said on Friday.

The deficit fell year-on-year because of a sharp drop-off in imports of goods, down almost 27 percent year-on-year in January to November, while exports fell only around 13 percent.
