Constitution, laws being followed for dealing with national matters: Irfan

ISLAMABAD: Special Assistant to Prime Minister on National Affairs, Irfan Siddiqui on Sunday said that the Constitution and laws are being followed while dealing with national issues.

Talking to a news channel, he said that terrorists do not believe in civilization, laws, Constitution of the country.

He said that the state cannot adopt uncivilized or unconstitutional ways for dealing with the matters of terrorists or execution process.

He said that the people who were given death penalty are being executed according to the rules and regulation and laws of the country.

Irfan Siddiqui said that no special exercise or practice and method was being adopted for such criminal elements.

He said that the present government had taken concrete measures to implement the laws of the country.

To a question on Pakistan Tehrik e Insaf (PTI), reservation on previous election, he said that all the matters regarding PTI chief would be settled through dialogue and a committee.
