Japan to stand by Pakistan in fight against terrorism: FM

ISLAMABAD: The state minister for foreign affairs Minoru Kiuchi has Friday expressed his country's support to Pakistan, saying, Tokyo will stand by it in its fight against terrorism.

He visited Pakistan embassy in Tokyo Thursday and signed the Condolence Book in memory of those innocents who embraced Shahadat in the Peshawar School massacre on Tuesday, said a message received here Friday.

The State Minister conveyed the deepest sympathy and support of the Government and people of Japan for the Government and people of Pakistan and in particular the bereaved families.

He said that as a father he could feel the pain and stressed that in the fight against terrorism, Japan would stand with Pakistan, said a message received here.
