They said that in order to express solidarity with the bereaved families of innocent children, the JUI-F leadership had decided to postpone the countrywide protest call.

They expressed deep grief and sorrow over the loss of precious lives and prayed for early recovery of the injured.

Terming the incident a big tragedy, they said the JUI-F equally shared the grief with the victim families.

Durrani said that the attack was a failure of the provincial government. The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister, he said, was busy at sit-ins in the Federal Capital while the people of KPK were passing through difficult situation.

Responding a question, they said that timely action against the terrorists should be taken to discourage them.
