COLOMBO: Bad weather delayed the start of the second one-day international between England and Sri Lanka at the Premadasa stadium in Colombo on Saturday.
Heavy rain over the past two days aensured that full covering was in place at the scheduled start time of 10 am (0430 GMT).
Sri Lanka lead the seven-match series 1-0, having won the first game by 25 runs at the same venue on Wednesday.
