ISLAMABAD: President Mamnoon Hussain, on the advice of the Prime Minister, Wednesday approved nomination of the Appellate Tribunal for disposal of appeals against the decisions of Returning Officer, rejecting/accepting nomination papers for By-Elections to the Provincial Assembly Constituencies No. PS-22 Naushero Feroze-IV, PS-73 Jamshoro-cum-Dadu and PS-76 Dadu-III (Old Dadu-VI).

The President has approved the Appellate Tribunal consisting of honourable Judges of the High Court of Sindh (Circuit Court Hyderabad), Justice Abdul Rasool Memon and Justice Salahuddin Panhwar, a press release issued from the Aiwan-e-Sadr here said.
