Presiding over an important meeting of ETPB members here on Wednesday, he said the board was taking steps for the early establishment of Baba Guru Nanak University.
The members assured him about their cooperation for the betterment of the Board while approval for strengthening of law, audit, accounts and IT departments were given in the meeting.
Several minorities including Hindu, Sikh and other minority representatives were also present.
