PRCS set up field hospital in Bannu for IDPs

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Red Crescent Society (PRCS) has established a field hospital in Bannu to provide medical facilities to the Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs).

According to Radio Pakistan quoting sources of the PRCS that besides medical check-up, IDPs of North Waziristan are also being provided free medicines.

About fifty thousand IDPs patients have so far been treated in the hospital.

The Society has also distributed relief goods among eleven thousand IDPs families in Bannu.
