LAHORE: Punjab Governor Chaudhry Mohammad Sarwar Monday telephoned Jamaat-e-Islami Secretary General Liaquat Baloch.
They discussed the current political situation. The governor praised the reconciliatory role of the JI leadership and hoped that it would continue efforts to persuade the PTI leadership for an amicable solution to the issue.
