He was talking to media at Karachi Airport before leaving to Dubai - United Arab Emirates, to attend the meeting of PPP Central Executive Committee, said a statement on Wednesday.
He said that his party has given so many sacrifices for the cause of democracy and it will not allow anyone to derail it.
Talking about the meeting of PPP Central Executive Committee, he said the PPP will devise its strategy in view of obtaining political situation of the country.
Important decision will also be made for protection of democratic system in Pakistan, he added.
