PESHAWAR: Three persons were killed and two others injured including a woman during an exchange of firing between two groups over land dispute at Skhakot area in Malakannd district on Monday.

According to police, the incident occurred at village Shala Banda where opponents allegedly started firing at Faiz Muhammad son of Ghulam Muhammad, Adnan and Hameed Khan sons of Sultanant Khan residents of Shola Banda and killed them on the spot.

Wife of Sultanat Khan and Amjad Khan son of Sultanat Khan sustained critical bullets.

A case has been registered at Skhakot police station.
