ISLAMABAD: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Pervez Khattak has directed that the Internally Displaced Persons should be provided all basic facilities on priority basis.

He said the government will utilize all its available resources for welfare of the IDPs, Radio Pakistan reported on Wednesday.

The Chief Minister also distributed relief items among the IDPs. Earlier, he was briefed about IDPs situation.

The Chief Minister approved recruitment of five hundred policemen for security of IDPs camps.
