According to SBP's weekly statement here on Thursday, the foreign reserves held by State Bank on May 30 amounted $ 8.68207 billion and the foreign reserves held by other banks
figured $ 4.75607 billion. During the week, SBP's liquid foreign reserves increased by
$ 33 million at $ 8.683 billion compared to $ 8.650 billion in the previous week.
During the week ending on May 30, Central Bank received inflows of $ 39 million from multilateral, bilateral and other official sources. On account of external debt servicing and other official payments, SBP has made payments of $ 231 million from its reserves.
