In a written reply to the question of Nighat Parveen Mir, he said PBM was providing sewing machines to deserving women to enable them to lead a respectable life.
He said the beneficiaries of PBM schemes are different from other such schemes being executed under the umbrella of Zakat and Khushali Bank.
