Australia elect to field against India

DHAKA: Australian captain George Bailey won the toss and sent India in to bat in a group two Super-10 match of the World Twenty20 in Dhaka on Sunday.

India, who have already qualified for the semi-finals, are seeking a fourth successive win in the group.

Australia are out of the semi-final race after Pakistan beat Bangladesh by 50 runs earlier on Sunday.

Australia brought in Cameron White in place of James Faulkar, while India rested Shikhar Dhawan and Mohammed Shami to play Ajinkya Rahane and Mohit Sharma.

Australia: George Bailey (capt), Aaron Finch, Brad Haddin, Brad Hodge, Doug Bollinger, Glenn Maxwell, James Muirhead, Mitchell Starc, David Warner, Shane Watson, Cameron White.

India: Mahendra Singh Dhoni (capt), Ravindra Jadeja, Virat Kohli, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Amit Mishra, Ajinkya Rahane, Ravichandran Ashwin, Suresh Raina, Mohit Sharma, Rohit Sharma, Yuvraj Singh.
