According to The Independent Hollywood actor Arnold Schwarzenegger has revealed the forthcoming instalment of the terminator franchise will see an older version of Terminator.

The 66-year-old actor, who was catapulted to fame after starring in James Cameron's ‘Terminator’, will reprise his role as the robot in the fifth instalment of the franchise.

In an interview with MTV, Schwarzenegger revealed the film will see younger version of T-800 growing old.

Speaking to MTV, Schwarzenegger said, “the way that the character is written, it’s a machine underneath. It’s this metal skeleton but above that is human flesh, and the Terminator’s flesh ages, just like any other human being’s flesh. Maybe not as fast, but it definitely ages.”

“I did say ‘I’ll be back’ so now I’m back again and it’s going to be really terrific.”

The film will feature Jason Clarke as John Connor, Emilia Clarke as Sarah Connor and Jai Courtney as Kyle Reese.

It is slated to release in July 2015.
