KARACHI: The total liquid foreign reserves of the country have decreased to dollars 7,99309 billion , said State Bank of Pakistan ( SBP).

SBP's weekly statement here on Thursday said the foreign reserves held by the State Bank on January 24, 2014 amounted dollars 3.17606 billion and the net foreign reserves held by banks other than SBP figured dollars 4.81703 billion.

During the week ending on the above date, SBP's liquid foreign reserves decreased by dollars 145 million to $ 3,177 million compared to $ 3,322 million in the previous week.
