The order was announced by Registrar Special Court Abdul Ghani Soomro on behalf of the Special Court here in the Federal Shariat Court on Thursday in the high treason case against Musharraf.
The court observed in its order that the medical reports submitted by the Armed Forces Institute of Cardiology (AFIC) did not mention any such disease which bars Musharraf from appearing before the court.
Thus the court maintained that the lawyer team of Musharraf did not seek exemption for appearing before the court on the grounds of medical reports thus no further exemption could be granted to him as he was already exempted three times on medical grounds.
In its orders, the court further stated that the order regarding the applicability of Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC) on the Special Court jurisdiction would be announced on Friday.
The proceedings of the court would now take place on January 10 (Friday).
