ISLAMABAD: Criticizing the critics of Prime Ministers' Youth Loan Scheme, Central Secretary Information Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N), Senator Mushahid Ullah Khan has said that such elements were not ready to repose trust in country's youth.

Talking to different delegations of people, who called on him here at the PML-N Central Secretariat, he said that some people could not see the youth to make progress and take active part in the economic uplift of the country and that was why were levelling hollow and baseless criticism on Loan Scheme.

The scheme, he said was an excellent opportunity for the youth of the country to change their destinies for the better.

He said 50 per cent quota in the scheme had been reserved for the women which was a step towards women empowerment.

Mushahid Ullah said those who had been making tall claims for the women empowerment had done nothing for that.

He said stringent monitoring system would be put in place to save the Loan Scheme from malpractices and corruption.

All possible measure would be taken to make the scheme transparent and result-oriented, he added.
