ISLAMABAD: Murtaza Javed Abbasi, Deputy Speaker National Assembly shall act as Speaker National Assembly, with effect from December 19,said a press release on Thursday.

Murtaza Abbasi shall be acting as speaker as Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, Speaker National Assembly has proceeded on an official visit abroad.

In pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 53 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
