MIRPUR: The continued hostile and aggressive posture of India in the region could lead South Asia to the verge of destruction.

Barrister Sultan Mahmood Chaudhry, PPP leader and former Prime Minister of AJK said this while talking to APP here on Friday.

Sultan called for ensuring the holding of tripartite composite talks among India, Pakistan and the people of Indian occupied Jammu and Kashmir for the early resolution of Indian occupied Kashmir (IoK) issue.

He declared that any of the solution to IoK issue sans the aspirations of the Kashmiri people will never be acceptable at any cost.

Sultan said that early peaceful solution to IoK problem was the key to the emergence of permanent peace in the region.

Barrister Sultan urged India to ensure the resumption of the composite dialogue with Pakistan and Kashmiris for peaceful resolution of IoK dispute.
