Talking to APP here, Rushad said Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif has adopted a bold and clear stance on regional and international issues and appraised the US administration about his government's efforts for economic growth, energy security, social development, counter terrorism and good governance.
He said Pakistan's premier has stressed on the trade and investment instead of aid and strongly conveyed the feelings of the nation about drone strikes.
The MPA said drone strikes are violation of our country's sovereignty and international laws and it should be stopped.
The KP lawmaker said Prime Minister Nawaz's visit has generated very positive press coverage in the US, which is a good omen for government's diplomatic endeavours.
The Prime Minister, he said, held in-depth discussion with senior leadership of US administration on regional and international issues and protected Pakistan's interest. He said Prime Minister visit was historic and reflected aspirations of Pakistani nation.
Rushad Khan said Prime Minister's successful visit was appreciated at all levels including diplomatic circles that would make very positive improvement not only in political arena but also in trade and investment in near future.
