Flood water inundates 50 villages of Kacha areas

ISLAMABAD: At least fifty villages in Kacha areas of Hyderabad have been inundated due to flooding in river Indus in Sindh.

Deputy Commissioner Hyderabad told Radio Pakistan that the district administration has set up sixty relief camps for the marooned people.

Meanwhile, the Chief Engineer Kotri Barrage has said there is no threat to protective bunds along Jamshoro, Sehrish Nagar and Hussainabad localities at the downstream of Barrage.
