Shahbaz seeks masses cooperation for ending power theft

LAHORE: Chief Minister Punjab, Mian Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has said that big fish were being raided in the ongoing campaign against power and gas theft.

He stated this while talking to a delegation of MNAs and MPAs hailing from Sahiwal Division here on Sunday.

Shahbaz Sharif said that cooperation of masses was much needed in drive against elements involved in electricity and gas theft.

He warned that Sui Gas and WAPDA found guilty in helping or supporting the power stealers would not be spared at any cost and they would have to face the music.

The CM Punjab assured that people of the province would be freed from “Patwari” and “Thana” culture.

Shahbaz claimed that his party has accepted the challenge and it would drag the nation and country out of prevailing crises and would place it on the way of development and prosperity.
