PIA plane escapes disaster after bird hits engine

LAHORE: A Pakistan International Airline flight escaped disaster on Tuesday morning as pilot managed to land the aircraft safely after a bird hit its engine.

According to details, PIA’s Airbus 310 was approaching to land at the Allama Iqbal International Airport, Lahore when a bird hit one of its engines.

However, pilot maneuvered the aircraft and landed safely while all the passengers on board also remained safe.
